Your Parimatch account holds your wallet balance, game history and active session — sign in from any mobile browser to pick up where you left off. Access depends on your local law and eligible region.
When you open the login page, you will see two fields: your registered phone number or email, and your password. Enter both exactly as you set them during registration. If your session has expired, the page will prompt you to sign in again rather than showing an error on the lobby. Once authenticated, you land directly on the lobby home where your account wallet balance is visible in the top bar — this is where your local payment methods deposit history is reflected. Your game history, including any recent Blackjack Quick Table or Slot ThunderStrike sessions, appears under the account tab. If you are signing in from a new device, the system may ask you to confirm your identity through the steps shown on screen. Our support team is reachable through the Help link on the login page if you run into any issue during this step. Keep your credentials private and do not share your password with anyone.
Your account balance — including any local payment methods deposits — shows immediately after you sign in, right in the lobby header so you can check it before opening a game.
We keep your session active across the lobby, live tables and sportsbook. Switching between Slot ThunderStrike and a live table does not require you to sign in again mid-session.
Signing in from a different phone or browser may trigger an on-screen identity step. Follow the instructions shown — the process is described in your account settings page.
The Help link sits directly on the login screen. If the form is not accepting your credentials, reach our support team from there without needing to be signed in first.
After signing in, your account wallet connects to the payment options configured for India. UPI and local payment methods are the mobile wallet rails we have set up for deposits. Head to the Deposit section inside your account to see the current limits and steps shown there — we do not publish fixed amounts here because they can change. Your transaction history is logged under the Wallet tab so you can track every deposit against your balance.
Send from your UPI app to the account details shown in the Deposit screen. The reference number displayed there links the transfer to your Parimatch wallet automatically.
Local payment methods deposits follow the same flow — open the Deposit tab, select the listed method, and follow the on-screen steps. Your wallet balance updates once the transfer is confirmed on our end.
Run through these four points before you enter your credentials. They cover the most common reasons a login attempt does not go through, and each one takes under a minute to verify on your phone.
Verify the destination before entering account details. Bookmark the page after your first successful login so you always return without searching.
Your login ID is the phone number or email you registered with. Have that number or inbox accessible in case the page asks you to confirm it during sign-in.
Your password is case-sensitive. If you have not logged in recently, check that your keyboard is not in caps-lock mode before entering it — this is the most common cause of a failed attempt.
If the system asks for identity confirmation on a new device, have your registered name and account details at hand. The exact fields required are shown on screen during that step.
If you cannot sign in, start with the Forgot Password link on the login page. It will show you the recovery options configured for your account — typically a reset sent to your registered phone number or email. Follow the steps exactly as displayed; the instructions on screen are the authoritative guide, not a general process we describe here. Once you complete the recovery flow, you will be prompted to set a new password before being taken to the lobby. If the recovery options shown do not match your current phone or email access, contact our support team through the Help link on the login page. They can verify your account through the identity details you provided at registration. Do not attempt multiple recovery requests in quick succession — wait for the first one to complete or expire before starting another. Your account wallet and game history remain intact through a password reset; nothing is cleared by the recovery process itself.
Find the link directly below the password field on the login page. Selecting it opens the recovery screen where your registered contact options are shown.
The recovery screen shows the exact steps for your account. Complete each field as prompted — the process varies depending on how your account was set up.
After the recovery step clears, you will be asked to create a new password. Choose something you have not used before and store it somewhere you can retrieve it.
If the on-screen recovery does not resolve the issue, use the Help link on the login page to reach our support team. Have your registered name and account details ready.
Three support paths are published on the site. Use the one that fits your situation — the Help link on the login page is the fastest route when you are locked out and cannot access your account area.
Visible directly on the sign-in screen, this route lets you reach support without being logged in. Use it for locked accounts, recovery issues or credential problems.
Once signed in, the Support tab inside your account area lists the current contact options. Use this for wallet queries, deposit questions or game access issues after login.
The Contact page linked in the site footer lists the support routes currently active. Check there for the most current channel details if the in-app options are not resolving your issue.
These four points cover the account practices we recommend based on what is visible and configurable in your account settings. We do not make claims about backend security operations — what we can point you to is what you can verify and control yourself.
Verify the destination before entering account details. If the address looks unfamiliar, close the tab and open the login page from a saved bookmark.
Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are linked in the site footer. Read them to understand how your account data is handled and what the access conditions are for your region.
Access to Parimatch depends on your local law and eligible region. If you are unsure whether the platform is available where you are, check the Terms page linked in the footer before registering.
If you notice unexpected activity on your account — an unfamiliar login or a wallet discrepancy — contact support immediately through the Help link on the login page or the Support tab inside your account.
These are the questions we see most often from people accessing their Parimatch account for the first time or returning after a break.
Open Parimatch and select the login button. Enter the phone number or email you registered with, then your password. Once both fields are accepted, you land directly on the lobby with your wallet balance visible in the header.
Select the Forgot Password link below the password field on the login page. The recovery screen will show the options tied to your account. Follow the steps shown there to reset your password and regain access.
Check that your phone number or email is entered exactly as registered, and that caps-lock is off for the password field. If both look correct, use the Forgot Password link to reset. For anything else, the Help link on the login page connects you to support.
Yes — the login page works in a mobile browser without needing a separate download. Open Parimatch in your phone's browser, enter your credentials, and you will reach the lobby. Your wallet and game history load the same way as on desktop.
Your wallet balance is stored in your account, not in the session. Logging out and back in does not affect your balance. Open the Wallet tab after signing in to see your current balance and the deposit history from local payment methods.
The Help link sits on the login page itself — you do not need to be signed in to use it. Select it and follow the contact options shown. Have your registered phone number or email ready so the support team can locate your account.
