Your Parimatch account balance is where every session starts — add funds through UPI and other local payment methods in INR, request a withdrawal to your wallet, and track each transaction in your account history. Access depends on local law and eligible regions.
Open the deposit counter from your signed-in account page — it sits in the main account menu. Choose local payment methods from the payment row, enter the amount that matches what you plan to send from your wallet, then confirm. Your wallet app will prompt you to complete the transfer on your end. Once the transaction clears on the payment rail, the amount appears in your Parimatch balance. Follow the exact fields and limits shown on the deposit screen; those figures are live and may differ from any example here. If the counter shows a minimum amount, send at least that value to avoid a failed transaction.
Log in and select the deposit option from your account menu. The counter lists the payment methods available to your account.
Select your wallet from the payment row. The screen will show the reference details you need to complete the transfer from your wallet app.
Type the amount you want to add, check it matches the figure in your wallet app, then confirm on both sides.
After the payment rail confirms the transfer, your Parimatch balance updates. Check the transaction history tab if you need the reference number.
Withdrawals go back to the wallet you used to deposit — local payment methods — so keep that wallet active on your account. From the withdrawal section in your account area, pick the payout method, enter the amount you want to move out, and follow the verification steps shown on screen. The fields and any minimum or maximum amounts are set by your account tier and are displayed live; do not rely on figures from outside your account page. Keep your wallet number current in your account details before you submit a request, because a mismatch will cause the transfer to fail. If a request stays pending, the account history tab shows its current status.
Find the withdrawal option inside your signed-in account area. It lists the payout methods linked to your account.
Choose local payment methods. Confirm the wallet number shown matches your active wallet before continuing.
Type the withdrawal amount within the limits shown on screen. Submit and complete any identity step the page asks for.
Your account history shows the status of each withdrawal request. Keep the reference number from that screen if you need to contact support.
Your account area may prompt you to complete identity or wallet-ownership checks at certain points — when you first request a withdrawal, when your account reaches a review threshold, or when our team flags a mismatch. The fields and documents required are shown directly in your account; follow only what appears there. We do not ask for identity information through chat or email outside of the official account flow. If a verification step is pending, your account history will show it as a required action before the next withdrawal can proceed. Complete each field as instructed on screen and submit through the account page only. If you are unsure whether a request is genuine, contact support through the published route in your account before sending any document.
Verification steps appear inside your signed-in account area. Complete only the fields shown there; do not send documents through any other channel.
You may be asked to confirm that the local payment methods wallet on your account belongs to you. Follow the on-screen instructions for this step.
If a check is in progress, your account history shows it as pending. Withdrawals may be held until the step is marked complete.
Use the support route published in your account area to ask about any verification request before you respond to it.
We support local wallet rails for deposits and withdrawals. Use only the methods shown in your account deposit counter, as availability can vary by account and region.
Send and receive funds through UPI. Use the reference details shown on the deposit screen.
Local payment methods wallet transfers are supported for both deposits and withdrawals where available on your account.
Your Parimatch account balance holds funds between sessions. Check the balance from the main account menu.
Bank transfer availability depends on your account settings. Check the deposit counter for current options.
Every deposit and withdrawal generates a reference entry in both your Parimatch account history and your local payment methods transaction log. When the two records match, the transaction is settled. If they differ, the reference number is the key detail to share with support.
Each transaction in your account history carries a unique reference. Copy it from the history tab immediately after a deposit or withdrawal so you have it if a query arises later.
Account history shows each transaction as pending, completed, or failed. A pending status means the payment rail has not yet confirmed; check again after a short wait before contacting support.
Open your local payment methods app and find the matching entry by amount and time. The transaction ID from your wallet and the reference from your Parimatch history are the two pieces of evidence support will ask for.
Screenshot both the Parimatch history entry and the wallet confirmation before closing either app. If a transaction is disputed, these two records together are what our team needs to investigate.
Your account security starts with the steps you take on your end — keeping your login details private, using only your own registered wallet, and opening Parimatch from a destination you trust. Our team handles the rest through the published support route.
Verify the destination before entering account details. Bookmark the page after a successful visit and return from that bookmark.
The name and wallet number on your Parimatch account should match your own identity documents and your registered local payment methods wallet. A mismatch can trigger a hold on withdrawals until the account check is resolved.
Only use a wallet that belongs to you for deposits and withdrawals. Transfers from or to a third-party wallet are outside our account terms and may result in a review of your account activity.
If you notice an unrecognised transaction or a login you did not make, contact support through the route published inside your signed-in account area. Do not share account details with anyone claiming to be from Parimatch outside that official channel.
